Parsons Hill Honors Staff at Annual Ceremony
WORCESTER, M.A. — On Tuesday, June 20th, 10 employees at Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center were recipients of service awards for their dedication and commitment to the residents, families, and staff at Parsons Hill in Worcester.
Administrator Norma B-Mullings thanked the staff for their hard work and years of continued service to the center.
Award Recipients included dietary manager Maria Ruiz, recreation assistant Dave Grasso, Regina Smith in the therapy department, Keisha Kim in dietary, Damion Williams in the maintenance department, clerical support Sandra Deming, nursing support Mafa Moses, nurse Rosemond Damptey, and C.N.A. Winonah Anthony.
A special award of recognition was presented to Reinaldo “Chico” Franco for his 38 years of service and dedication to Parsons Hill.
President and C.E.O. of Athena Health Care Systems, Lawrence Santilli, told the staff, “You are the heart and soul of Parsons and make a difference in so many lives.”
Santilli, alongside Priscilla Senra, Chief Strategy Officer, and Joe Silva, Regional Director of Operations for M.A./R.I., presented the award to the deserving staff members.
Santilli and Senra also presented B-Mullings an award for her service to Parsons Hill and Athena, remarking that her dedication to excellence and innovation programs serves as an example to all colleagues.
Karen Bergstrom, the Director of Nursing at Parsons Hill, provided closing remarks for the event.
