  • Demonstrates the ability to facilitate, prioritize and coordinate census improvement strategies within the community and maintains daily community contacts.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to potential residents and their families in negotiating a successful placement.
  • Able to train and orient staff to admission policies and procedures.
  • Must be trained as the back up to the Clinical Liaison and be credentialed at any and all local hospitals.
  • Must be able to take on call responsibilities including holiday, night and weekend coverage.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Admission Director position in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility. Must have demonstrated capabilities for management, administration, and supervision. Demonstrated leadership qualities.
