Since our founding in 1984, Athena Health Care Systems has encouraged and promoted a culture focused on developing and preserving diversity, equity, and inclusion for our residents and their families, and our team of caregivers. Athena believes that the diversity of our team allows for better care of all residents. Throughout our daily work, our patients, residents, and their families put their trust in our hands. All employees within the Athena network have a responsibility to always treat co-workers and their patients, residents, and families with dignity and respect.
