As a COTA, you assist in the provision of collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist and participate in clinical program development.
Education & Experience:
- Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
- CEU’s per state licensure requirements.
- Current licensure by the applicable state agency.
- Two years of clinical experience preferred.
- May perform additional assigned administrative duties such as assigned by Rehab Program Manager.
- Under a physician’s order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care. Treatment venue includes individual, supervised, and group.
- Contributes to the team meeting and decision making process as defined by the program.
- Consults with and trains patients, residents and caregivers.
- Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.

As the MDS Coordinator, you plan, organize, and direct the MDS process in accordance with federal and state standards, guidelines, and regulation that govern our facility.
Experience & Education:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing, college or university, RN preferred
- Must be able to coordinate MDS systems, resident assessment and care plans for each resident timely.

Education & Experience:
