As President and Chief Executive Officer of Athena Health Care Systems, Mr. Santilli oversees all aspects of Athena's business and maintains the overall mission and vision. Athena is nationally recognized for providing quality care and manages nursing homes in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In addition to Athena’s network of skilled nursing facilities, we also manage one pediatric center, one active adult community, one assisted living community, two hospice agencies all located in Massachusetts, as well as a home health & hospice agency in Connecticut. Mr. Santilli is the President of the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities (CAHCF) and is also a Board Member for the Massachusetts Senior Care Association. He is widely respected for his financial expertise having over 30 years of experience in the health care industry. His experience is often called upon to educate legislators on various long-term care and senior health issues. In addition, he is also a member of the Board of Directors for Bristol ARC.
