New London Hospice RN Case Manager

Athena Home Health & Hospice is hiring for a Hospice RN Case Manager for the New London area- come join the team!!!

This position is Monday-Friday, No nights, no weekends.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be licensed in accordance with laws of this state.
• CPR certification preferred, but not necessary.
• Participates in in-service training as requested.

EXPERIENCE:

1 year of prior experience required.

EDUCATION:

Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college.
