The primary purpose of your position is to assist the MMQ Coordinator in the day-to-day activities of the Resident Assessment Process in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the MMQ Coordinator.
Minimum of a high school diploma, and demonstrated capabilities of clerical skills with an emphasis on organization and ability to prioritize.
Previous Certified Nursing Assistant experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, filing, typing, computer and organizational skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
As the Resident Care Coordinator Assistant – Documentation Specialist you are responsible and accountable to carry out your assigned duties and report directly to the MMQ Coordinator. Demonstrates correct safety techniques.
