The primary purpose of your position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing and operation of the Dining Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility and as may be directed by the Director of Dining Services, Director of Nurses or Administrator to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
As the Dietician you are responsible and accountable to carry out your assigned duties and report directly to the Director of Dining Services.
