- Bachelor’s or master’s, as required for initial professional preparation, in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech/Language Pathology.
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Health Professions required.
- Current membership in professional organizations at the state and national level preferred.
- Two to four years of clinical experience required; one to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferred.
